3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason (including errors in pricing or availability) before acceptance.

  • Once your order is accepted, we will process, prepare, and deliver it per our policies.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).

  • Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment methods offered.

  • If your payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order or charge you subsequently.

5. Delivery / Food Safety

  • We package meals in sealed containers and transport them in temperature-controlled bags to preserve freshness.

  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, you must provide a safe, shaded location for your meals to be left. Please enter your preferred safe place in the order’s “additional notes” field.

  • Our meals are fresh and require refrigeration. They must be placed in the fridge as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Once delivery is completed (either handed to you or left in your safe place), we are not responsible for:
     • Meals left unrefrigerated
     • Spoilage due to delayed collection
     • Consumption past the use-by date on the label

  • By placing an order, you accept responsibility for food after delivery.

6. Allergen & Dietary Information

  • You must notify us of any allergens or dietary requirements when ordering.

  • Though we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our food is prepared in open kitchens and shared spaces where allergenic ingredients are present. We cannot guarantee our products will be entirely allergen-free.

  • You accept this risk and release us from liability in this respect.

7. Use of Website & User Obligations

  • You agree to use the site lawfully and not misuse it (e.g., by interfering with operations, uploading harmful content, or infringing intellectual property rights).

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these T&C.

  • All content, logos, trademarks, images, and designs on Potora belong to us or our licensors.
