Food is where we started. Living well is what drives us.
Eating well shouldn’t be another full-time job. And neither should running your life.
Potora is a founder-led food and business brand built on operational experience, a genuine passion for food and a belief that living well has to work in real life.
About Us
Meet Diana Potora, Founder & CEO
I moved from Romania to the UK in 2005. My corporate career took me into multi-site Area and Operations Management, where I learned to connect strategic decisions with the realities of people, standards and day-to-day operations.
That experience still shapes how I lead Potora: think clearly, understand the detail and build something that works in practice.
Food gave the business its starting point. My Romanian heritage, my family and my professional experience all have a place in how it has developed.
I have ambition, strong opinions and no interest in pretending that food, business, motherhood and life sit in separate boxes. They influence each other.
Potora is where I bring that wider perspective into the work: setting the direction, building relationships and making decisions about what we do next.
The people behind Potora

Eat Well Anyway: beyond the plate
Eat Well Anyway is our digital membership and my personal platform. Food is one of the ways I express how I see life, but this is not simply a recipe blog or a cooking education programme.
It is a space for honest perspectives and conversations about food, motherhood, ambition, business, freedom and the beautifully complicated experience of being human.
Through digital content, conversations and practical food resources, the membership brings people together without asking us to reduce ourselves to one interest or one role. There is room for useful ideas. There is room for a strong opinion. And there is room for the conversation to develop.
Helping food businesses work better
Building a food business is one thing. Making it commercially sustainable is another.
With a background in corporate multi-site operations management and firsthand experience building Potora, Diana brings strategic thinking and real operational understanding to the challenges faced by established, independent food business owners.
Her developing B2B food business consulting work focuses on remote strategic support, not physically managing or operating clients’ businesses. From profitability and pricing to operational efficiency and commercial decision-making, the focus is on helping owners understand their businesses, identify opportunities and make better decisions.
Practical business thinking, grounded in real experience.
